Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum. We ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48) and Washington, D.C. only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not available at this time.
How orders are processed
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Processing means we verify payment, check stock, and prepare the order for fulfilment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

- Shipping area: Lower 48 states & Washington, D.C.
- Not shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other territories.
Fulfillment & delivery times
Delivery times depend on where the item ships from:
- U.S. warehouse items: Expected delivery in 3–10 business days after processing.
- International warehouse items: Expected delivery in 10–20 business days after processing.
These are estimates — actual delivery times can vary due to stock, carrier delays, and peak seasons.
Shipping methods
We use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local partners). Carrier selection depends on product and warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking your order

Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order. We include shipping in our product pricing so you won’t see extra shipping fees at checkout for eligible destinations.
Expedited shipping
If you need your order faster, we may offer expedited options at checkout for an additional fee for some items. Expedited availability depends on product origin and warehouse.
Remote area & additional fees
Some addresses (remote ZIP codes) may incur additional carrier surcharges. We currently do not ship to territories where remote fees or service limits apply. If an extra fee is required for a specific address, we will contact you before fulfillment.
Customs, duties & taxes
For shipments within the U.S., customs and duties are generally not applicable. If an item ships from outside the U.S. and additional duties or taxes apply, you will be notified before purchase or at checkout. Any applicable import fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Missing, lost, or damaged orders
- If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first.
- If the package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.

Returns & exchanges

Order changes & cancellations
Want to change or cancel an order? Contact us ASAP via chat or phone. If the order hasn’t entered fulfilment, we’ll adjust it. Once the order ships, cancellation may not be possible — see the Returns & Exchanges section instead.
How we handle shipping for dropshipped items
Many items are fulfilled by trusted suppliers. Some products may ship from U.S. warehouses and others from international warehouses depending on inventory. We clearly show estimated delivery times on the product page. If a supplier applies extra shipping or last-mile fees, we’ll reflect that in the product shipping estimate.
